Comfort and air quality

The built-in UV-C LED lamp irradiates air passing through the indoor unit with UV-C radiation — a technology verified by Texcell at 99.998% effectiveness against the SARS-CoV-2 virus in a 45-litre volume over one hour. The radiation stays inside the casing at all times, making the function safe to use in rooms occupied by people and pets; it can be switched on or off independently of the operating mode, including during cooling and heating cycles.

Self Clean automates evaporator maintenance without owner intervention. A fouled heat exchanger can cut cooling output by 15–30% and creates conditions for mould growth; Self Clean freezes moisture onto the evaporator surface and then flushes deposited contaminants away as the frost melts, restoring full heat transfer performance. The 56°C Steri Clean function — launched from the hOn app — holds the exchanger at 56°C for 30 minutes, a thermal decontamination cycle that eliminates pathogens resistant to moisture alone. Between cleaning cycles, the Self Hygiene coating applies silver nanoparticles to the air-channel components to suppress bacterial and mould growth.

Three-dimensional airflow is produced by horizontal and vertical louvres driven by stepper motors, allowing precise directional control. The 5,890.99 PLN price with installation covers a standard fitting — the outdoor unit mounted on the building's external wall up to 5 metres from the indoor unit, copper pipework in premium insulation (Armacell or Ebrille), gravity condensate drainage to the sanitary stack and an electrical connection to the nearest distribution point or socket. The price includes a nitrogen pressure test, vacuum evacuation, commissioning and a customer briefing. The anti-vibration bracket under the outdoor unit is standard, not an optional extra.
